Por necessidade de uso interno, em 2012 iniciamos o desenvolvimento do Tacas Remote, ao longo destes anos, usamos diariamente e melhoramos tecnologicamente o nosso software de assistência remota.

A sua simplicidade e desempenho, levou a que muitos dos nossos clientes nos solicitassem permissão para o usar para fins pessoais e profissionais. Em Agosto de 2017 resolvemos disponibilizar gratuitamente o Tacas Remote, a todos os Portugueses para uso pessoal, disponibilizando também uma versão paga para uso profissional e uma versão paga White Label, que possibilita que qualquer loja ou empresa de software, use o nosso software de assistência remota com o seu logotipo e nome.
